Who we bring in
An accepted offer is not a completed acquisition.
Transact is the stage most buyers underestimate. From offer to completion, dozens of moving parts need coordinating at once: lawyers drafting and negotiating agreements, due diligence specialists testing the numbers and the risk, and accountants and tax advisors structuring the deal efficiently. Our job is to sit across all of it, so nothing stalls waiting on somebody else.
Lawyers
We introduce buyers to lawyers experienced specifically in acquisitions, not general commercial work, who can move at the pace a live deal demands. They draft and negotiate the sale and purchase agreement, handle warranties and indemnities, and manage the legal mechanics of completion, while we keep the wider process moving around them.
Due diligence specialists
Due diligence is where assumptions get tested against reality. We bring in specialists who dig into financial, commercial, legal and operational risk before completion, surfacing anything that should change the price, the structure, or whether the deal proceeds at all. Better to find a problem here than after the money has moved.
Accountants & tax advisors
How a deal is structured can matter as much as the price itself. We introduce accountants and tax advisors who make sure a purchase is set up efficiently from day one, covering structure, tax exposure and post-completion reporting, so decisions made under deal pressure don't create problems a year later.

Why liaison matters
One point of contact, a lot of moving parts.
